Nexus repository for repository freeze

I'm a new ODL developer and I have notice that ODL often gives compile or runtime errors with no changes in My MD-SAL app code, and the problem usually goes a way in a day or two. I think this is because of the discrepancy between the Opendaylight Maven repository and the ODL code. My question is twofold.

  1. Are you experiencing the same problem or is it just me.

  2. I'm thinking about using Nexus private repository as a proxy to freeze the library. Do you think this is possible? or is there a better way?
