when creating openflow flows the Action type only shows up on the switch as "Drop" not the action that is specified

Using the Opendaylight GUI to create flows on an openflow 1.3 switch, when I try to create a flow with for example an Action of "Set VLAN ID" or "Modify Network Destination Address", when the flow is submitted the switch only shows the Action of the new flow as being Drop.. No matter which Action we select on when creating the new flow it shows up as Drop.. Any ideas as to why this is happening? We are using Source IP and Destination IP entries in the Layer 2 section when creating the new flow..

Likely the actions requested are not making it to the flow programming by the openflowplugin. If no actions are specified then that indicates a drop action. Possibly a bug in the GUI or it isn't being filled out correctly.
