Multiple AS numbers on Opendaylight

Hello

I want to establish iBGP session between ODL and each router in my network. I want to have different AS number for each iBGP session. Is it possible to achieve that with single ODL instance?

Generally, I want to inject the same route to each router, but having a different next-hop IP address.

Thanks

Yes, you can achieve this, when you set "remote-as" parameter with different ASN for all your configured peers in ODL.

Hello

As I checked documentation this parameter is used for eBGP sessions. Anyway, I tried the suggested config, but it does not work. Probably because you set the AS number of the opendaylight in the RIB section of the config. Can I add multiple RIBs? I tried to duplicate the RIB settings but there is an Java exeption when run with this config. Is there any good examples of BGP configuration for ODL?

Is it possible to have multiple config files for BGP peers. What I am thinking is to create multiple config files, where each config file includes ODL BGP RIB, BGP peer, and application BGP peer. Can I achieve this? Any good documentation?

Thanks

Yes, you can configure multiple instances of RIB - module's "name" and "rib-id" must be unique. As well as you can have multiple configuration files. More about the BGP configuration - https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/BGP_LS_PCEP:User_Guide#BGP_Configuration
