how to write Java modules in opendaylight controller

I am a newbie to opendaylight controller. I have created topology using mininet nd added flows through opendaylight GUI. Now I want do same thing by writing java modules in controller. But i dont know where and how to write those.(i.e. in which file i need to write n then how shuld i run it). Can anyone help?

Hi,

http://sdnhub.org/tutorials/opendaylight/ This is a good link to start with, comes with VM image and everything is setup and OSGI module ready to run. Also, shows how to add flow to switch (check section 4 -> C ) using IFlowProgrammerService.
