What I mean:i want to see the log in order to trace the packet fom the moment the controller gets it but it shows nothing.I ping between hosts using mininet and it is like packet never reached the controller.Am i doing something wrong? Thank you in advance.

Have you tried changing the log level to debug?

additionally, you can run a packet capture locally to your controller (e.g. tcpdump) to make sure you are getting the packet-ins that you expect.

if you are on a linux system, try this command: "sudo tcpdump -ni eth0 port 6633" note, eth0 might be different for your system, but it should be the adapter that has the ip address of your controller

You can also use the wireshark for packet capture as it captures the packet from the moment you start your controller, and moreover you can also hit the rest apis like network-topology apis to see whether the packet reched the desination or not.
