I have been using Lithium 1.0.0 (release version not snapshot) to build plugins and managers. I use the following command to build a template: mvn archetype:generate -DarchetypeGroupId=org.opendaylight.controller -DarchetypeArtifactId=opendaylight-startup-archetype -DarchetypeRepository= -DarchetypeCatalog= -DarchetypeVersion=1.0.0-Lithium

However, the problem is that I get errors as below when I run my plugin using ./karaf clean. Do you have solutions for this? The below is errors I get when I type in "log:tail" on my karaf console. But apidocs seem working fine.

This might not be much help, but there have been troubles in the past that look similar (ERROR in config-pusher).

here's one thread on ask

and two bugs

bug 3034

bug 4192

and an email thread

maybe something in the above will help you resolve your issue.

Thanks, actually, I solved it, and I am a little bit embarrassed to admit that it was all my fault. I didn't implemented some auto-generated code. As default, it throws UnsupportedOperationException. @Override public java.lang.AutoCloseable createInstance() { // TODO:implement throw new java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException(); } }; I think Lithium 1.0.0 rocks. :-D
