How to set preference queue for traffic that depends of QoS with OpendayLight

I'm simulating a scenario in mininet with 23 hosts connect with 1 OpenFlow13 Switch and the SDN Controller (Opendaylight) it's connected in this Switch. 11 hosts generates real time video traffic (depends of QoS) for another 11 hosts (only receive the data). 1 host send the web traffic (background traffic) ,at the same time, to this 11 hosts that are receiving the real time video traffic. With this web traffic the QoS parameters for the real time video traffic it's no more reachable (Jitter, Delay, Pkt loss). I need to create an "algorithm" with controller so I can guarantee preference in the queue for packets that depends of QoS parameters (in this case, real time video traffic).

Does anyone knows how to to this with opendaylight ? how to configure it to gives preference for "QoS pkts" ?

Did you get the answer? Do you know how to create queue and add that into flow from API?
