Adding a jar to MDSAL plugin

Basically I am developing a MDSAL plugin (using MDSAL archetype) which is using a 3rd party jar file (in my case calc.jar which i have built for testing). I have added the jar file to maven repository and then added the same as dependency to my pom file. Plugin compiles just fine but when I tried to deploy my plugin to ODL and start, I get

Error executing command: Error executing command on bundles: Unable to execute command on bundle 171: The bundle "org.opendaylight.hello.impl_1.0.0.SNAPSHOT [171]" could not be resolved. Reason: Missing Constraint: Import-Package: com.test; version="0.0.0"

Everybody seems to suggest that I need to add com.test under 'Import-Package', but I dont find the tag in my pom.xml.

Hi,

Yes indeed you need to import the com.test package to your bundle. The "Import-Package" tag can be found under the maven-bundle-plugin. You may need to write a new plugin, if it is not in your pom.xml

To create a maven-bundle-plugin you can refer the below link: http://felix.apache.org/documentation...

Hope it helps
