We mounted the netconf device successfully, and we can GET/POST device's data by rest conf interface.

Now here's a question. We can not receive device's notification, untill we need to send this netconf message to device. How we could do this or any other points on it.

<nc:rpc nc:message-id="1" xmlns:nc="urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:netconf:base:1.0"> <ncn:create-subscription xmlns:ncn="urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:netconf:notification:1.0"> <ncn:stream>exa-events</ncn:stream> </ncn:create-subscription> </nc:rpc>

Using Helium-sr2

Thanks for advance.

it seems it is the way notificatons should run according to RFC 5277.

1rst Step: capabilities exchange during hello pasae 2nd step: create-subscription pahse 3rd step: controller can recieve notifications from devices

Yeah, the above netconf message is a create-subscription message. So how I could trigger this message in a ODL.
