Sorry to bother you. I have CPqd 1.3 Switch connected to a open daylight controller. I'm providing internet to that switch and have too connect two hosts. Well i have accomplished to insert meters in the flows to the hosts individually, by using drop type meters. But now i want to use drop when exceeding the rate as i did and want to for example that host1 have priority in traffic on host2, and i think i have to use dscp remark meters.

The scenario is this....

Let's imagine i have a isp connection of a bandwidth of 50Mb's and host 1 have a meter drop of 30 Mb's and host 2 -- drop of 20 Mb's. But well, imagining in a bad day of internet and i just receive in total in my switch arround 40 Mb's, i would want that host 1 keeps receiving 30 Mb's, and host 2 gets the the rest.

I've been working with dscp remark but can't get it it to put it work like i want.

If someone can help me that would be good. Thanks a lot

I guess you should follow this link. I was facing the same problem but it seems if you want to use dscp-remark you have to send 2 more dscp tags with the request. I hop this helps.
