Does opendaylight have persistency?

In the sense, on a restart of opendaylight, will it be comeback with the earlier created flows etc just in case to restore them to the switches

If you enable single node clustering i believe that will support persistency as the datastore is written to disk. https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/RunningandtestinganOpenDaylightCluster#SingleInstancewithClustering

Persistence is supported. By default it is enabled only for config data, not for operational data - but it can be enabled for operational data as well.
