I have noticed that when posting long questions or answers, the post is compressed, with a "more" button appearing to, purportedly, reveal the rest of the post. In my case though, I cannot expand the message (whether it be my own post or someone else's) which makes it impossible for me to write lengthy post, or read the lengthy post of others.

I experience this problem in Chrome as well as in Firefox.
