Help Needed in implementation of Load Balancing in SDN (Data Center Toplogy) Mininet

I have been working on a project of implementing a custom load balancing technique in Mininet using opendaylight that manages Data Center Topology. What it really does, it detects Big Flows as Hedera do, but reschedule flows on multiple paths. I am totally new to opendaylight so need help. I hope someone is there to understand what I mean to do.

There are couple of steps to achieve the loadbalancer 1) Get the topology of the network 2) get the links between the nodes 3) for each link calculate the load, basically the link utilisation 4) do large flow detect by comparing to your threshold values. 5) for a link with high load, check if there is an alternative path using one of the routing algorithms 6) find the new path 7) program the flow table on the switch 8) the above steps can be done in while loop with some sleep This is a simple loadblancer you can start with. use topology, routing interfaces.
