My question is that I have ODL VM connected to OVS VM (ovs 2.0) and the OVS VM is connected to 2 Hosts VMs with different LAN segments networks adapaters , and I added the rules in OVS, What happend is that when I ping Host 2 from Host 1, the ARP request passes OVS and reached to Host 2 and Host 2 send ARP Reply includes the destination MAC address and IP address of Host 1, but this ARP Reply doesnot reach to the OVS and Host 1, so the ping fails.

The scenario is done in VBox and it works.

So, you've manually programmed rules into OVS and then after that traffic doesn't flow back and forth? If that's the case, I'm not quite understanding where OpenDaylight is coming into things.

Yes that's right and I have also used ODL "VTN" to map a virtual Bridge in VTN to the ports of OVS and the pinging fails.
