how to configure the bgp in opendaylight for a topology of 3 switch as tree ? and do the communication between two virtual machines of outside not of mininet ?

Hello, Could you add more details about the goal you want to achieve? Are the switches BGP speakers (capable of BGP peering)?

i want to connect two virtual machines in two different network in a topology of 3 openflow switches using the bgp protocol. how i can know that my switches are capable of BGP peering?

The BGP is typically used for routing information (network layer) exchange. In your case VM == ODL? You can find ODL BGP configuration examples at https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/BGP_LS_PCEP:Beryllium_User_Guide
