Hi all, I'm very new to ODL and I wanted to create a simple demo/example, I was wondering if there is a way for ODL to interact/map with my pc's ethernet ports? (I have two). Currently, I have ODL setup with Mininet, running on two different VMs on my Linux pc. (Debian Jessie)

I don't get your question properly. What do you mean by map/interact ? Could you give more details?? So in your set up do you have ODL and mininet in separate VMs and do you want to connect them??

Yes I have them in separate VMs and already connected. However, I don't want my network to be completely virtual, which is why I was wondering if there is a way to connect it to my pc's ports.

If ODL and mininet are in separate VMs, you can connect those VMs through Host only network in which each VM will have its own IP. When launching mininet give the IP to its remote controller. Refer Mininet Walkthrough for more information
