Hi,

This my first time trying to install ODL using Beryllium. I have installed distribution-karaf-0.4.1-Beryllium-SR1 on ubuntu 14.04.4 running just on vmware player. When I try to browse to http://IP:8181/index.html , not getting any response and unable to see login page either. Can you please advise on what troubleshooting can I perform to resolve this issue? I have installed all the required packages mentioned in the install guide and I can see that when I list them.(incl dlux)

Thanks AJ

just to double check, you can run this command "feature:list -i | grep dlux" in the karaf console to double check that it's installed. On the linux console, you can do "netstat -na | grep 8181" to see if the port is indeed open. If the port is not open and dlux is installed, then I would check your karaf.log to see if there might be some clue there (search for "ERROR").

Thanks for your responses guys.

Below is my firewall status - Status: active

To Action From -- ------ ---- 8181 ALLOW Anywhere 8080 ALLOW Anywhere 22 ALLOW Anywhere 8181 (v6) ALLOW Anywhere (v6) 8080 (v6) ALLOW Anywhere (v6) 22 (v6) ALLOW Anywhere (v6)

@ODL:~$ netstat -an | grep 8181 tcp6 0 0 :::8181 :::* LISTEN tcp6 303 0 192.168.11.128:8181 192.168.11.1:60912 ESTABLISHED tcp6 304 0 192.168.11.128:8181 192.168.11.1:60906 CLOSE_WAIT

And these are the dlux features installed

opendaylight-user@root>feature:list -i | grep dlux odl-dlux-all | 0.3.1-Beryllium-SR1 | x | odl-dlux-0.3.1-Beryllium-SR1 | Opendaylight dlux all features odl-dlux-core | 0.3.1-Beryllium-SR1 | x | odl-dlux-0.3.1-Beryllium-SR1 | Opendaylight dlux minimal feature odl-dlux-node | 0.3.1-Beryllium-SR1 | x | odl-dlux-0.3.1-Beryllium-SR1 | Enable nodes in Opendaylight dlux odl-dlux-yangui | 0.3.1-Beryllium-SR1 | x | odl-dlux-0.3.1-Beryllium-SR1 | Enable Yang UI in Opendaylight dlux odl-dlux-yangvisualizer | 0.3.1-Beryllium-SR1 | x | odl-dlux-0.3.1-Beryllium-SR1 | Enable Yang visualizer in Opendaylight dlux

Does this look ok?

Thanks Ankit
