There's a design proposal for 2-Node clustering but I don't see anything about it actually being active in any form of Lithium. Could anyone confirm whether or not it is present, and if it is, in which versions is it present in, and how to activate it?

It is not present in Lithium or even Beryllium. An ODL team member said that it may be implemented in Boron, though that remains to be discussed and seen, since Beryllium is practically brand new at this point in time.
