Thanks alot Nuno . Appreciate it !!! I was able to see my whole topo if i create my switched using mininet . But the problem still exists if use a actual hardware switchs . Here is my simple topology

                Controller
                      |
                      |
                      |
                      |eth1
                      |
                    SWITCH ------eth0(openflow enabled)------- HOST

So in this case , i have run the LLDP protocol on eth0 interface or the interface eth1 (connecting the controller) to discover the topology .
